Privacy Policy

Online Newspapers (onlinenewspapers.news) is a directory of links to newspaper websites. The site has no user accounts, no comments and no forms, and it does not show advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records each request: the IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser’s user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted after 14 days. The site is hosted in Germany.

Links to other websites

Every newspaper link takes you to the publisher’s own website, which has its own privacy policy and cookies. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

Our apps

Our newspaper apps for Android have their own privacy policies, linked from their Google Play pages.

Questions

Because the site has no accounts, we hold no personal data about you beyond the analytics and log data described above. For any question about this policy, please use our contact page.
